 SCREEN PRINTINGWe have a 10 colour automated carousel and a 6 colour manual carousel. We can produce approx 500 garments per hour on our fully automated carousel.  Screen Printing is used for both small and large designs and is only limited by the number of colours in the finished design. We are able to print onto a variety of clothing materials by applying different printing techniques. We can print upto 10 spot colours, matching any required colours with our Pantone Index Matching System. 
TRANSFER PRINTINGTransfer printing is ideal for sports clothing, jackets and small volumes. We are able to transfer onto a variety of clothing materials by applying different transfer techniques.  We use only the highest quality cad-cut vinyl, available in over 18 different colours. We can transfer finished designs or create individual names and numbers. Special effect vinyls are also available including glow, reflex and sparkle. |
